DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as a stiff neck, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as in classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

SPORTS MASSAGE

 It helps to realign muscle fibers after injuries or due to poor posture. Sports massage aids in muscle recovery after a disturbance suffered from sports practice or muscle strain. This improves performance and prevents the injury from becoming chronic or complicated.

PRE-COMPETITION
This massage is performed before a competition, practice, sports training, or as preparatory advice.
The main objective of this type of massage is very clear: to prepare the person's muscles for physical activity.
To do this, a quick and superficial massage will be performed to warm up the muscles as much as possible (it will last 15 or 20 minutes).
The effects of this type of massage are as follows:
*   Stimulate the muscles and the nervous system that controls them.
*   Produce hyperemia (an increase in blood flow) in the area to be warmed up, increasing the blood supply to the muscles.
*   Increase muscle tone and prepare the muscles for exertion.
*   Prevent injuries and the onset of the sensation of muscle fatigue.
*   Increase elasticity.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Foot reflexology is a holistic healing method that involves pressure and massage of reflex points and areas on the feet, hands, and ears.By stimulating the feet, the flow of energy can be normalized to allow the body to heal itself. Reflexology has also proven effective as a way to treat stress, tension, and tiredness, as well as to maintain good health.
Foot reflexology is the most common application of this practice, and various forms of reflexology are practiced in both the West and the East.
All forms of foot reflexology utilize the theory that all parts of the body have energetic connections to their “reflex” areas or points on the feet.
